Eric Stevenson
​Lead Pastor 
​
Eric Stevenson became the lead Pastor of Cable Road Alliance church in August of 2024 after serving at a church in Florida for the previous 16 years in various capacities. Coming back to Cable Road Alliance has been a “full-circle” type of situation as it is where Pastor Eric surrendered to the call of vocational ministry as a senior in High School. Eric has been married to his beautiful bride, Heather, for 27 years, and they have two wonderful children, Molly (21) and EJ (17). When he’s not striving to help people become disciples who make disciples, Pastor Eric enjoys remodeling his house, spending time with his family, drinking cold-brew coffee with friends, and cooking delicious meals! His heart's desire is that God would do a mighty work through the church family here at Cable Road, and God’s fame and glory would increase in the Lima area and around the world!

Jason Snyder
​Associate Pastor for Student Ministries
​
Jason Snyder and his wife, Wendy, have been married for 21 years and have three children: Jonan (16), Roslin (14), and Hank (9). The Snyders returned to Ohio after serving at Emporium Alliance Church in Emporium, Pennsylvania from 2004-2010 and Lancaster Alliance Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania from 2010-2020. In addition to serving as youth pastor at these two churches, Jason was the Interim Youth Pastor here at Cable Road in 2003 after graduating from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a degree in Youth Ministry. The Snyders enjoy cheering on their kids, traveling, being outside, and food!

Jennifer McMurry
Administrative Lead

Jennifer and her husband, Philip, were led to Lima, Ohio, years ago when he accepted a professorship at UNOH. Jennifer was soon teaching there as well.  Philip have four children, Katie, Emily, Jackson, and Alexa, whom they have had the privilege of raising over their 30 years of marriage. Jennifer spent 10 years leading young adult ministry with Philip, helped lead the Cuddles from Cable Ministry, and served in a variety of roles in the Children’s Ministry. In 2024, Jennifer began serving our church family as the Lead Administrator. When she’s not at the church, she loves spending time with her children and grandchildren, reading, cooking, and crocheting.

Heather Stevenson
​Interim Children's Ministry Director
​
Heather Stevenson stepped into the gap in July 2025 to serve as our interim Children's Ministry Director.  Heather has worn many hats at Cable Road Alliance Church since she and her husband, Pastor Eric, returned to Lima in 2024 to become part of the CRA Church family.  She helps head up a number of ministries and always pursues the kingdom goals with boundless energy and enthusiasm.  She brings this same drive to the children's ministry as we see growth in both numbers and understanding amongst our youngest church family.  She strives to bring spiritual understanding and depth to the instruction our kids receive as well as fun and community.  She and Eric, along with their children, Molly and EJ, have been a blessed addition to CRA Church.
